拍得扫描王 用户服务协议
本协议基于拍得扫描王当前产品功能、国内固定期限会员及海外应用商店订阅模式编制。产品、计费方式或第三方服务发生实质变化时，我们将同步复核并更新本协议。

欢迎使用拍得扫描王（以下简称“本应用”）。本协议是您与南京宝銮信息科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）之间关于下载、安装、访问和使用本应用及相关服务的约定。首次启动时，请阅读本协议和《拍得扫描王隐私政策》。点击“同意并继续”表示您同意进入应用；如不同意，您可以点击“不同意”并在提示中选择退出应用。对相机、照片等单项系统权限的拒绝只影响对应功能。
1. 服务内容
本应用提供本地文档扫描、图片和文件导入、文字识别（OCR）、二维码/条码识别、PDF 创建与编辑、图片处理、文件整理、格式导出、系统分享、打印、保存到本地以及可选的 Obsidian 导出等工具功能。具体功能会随版本、设备能力、系统权限和订阅状态变化。
本应用默认以本地处理为主，不承诺提供云端备份、跨设备同步、在线文档托管或永久保存服务。您应自行备份重要文件，并确认您有权处理、导出和分享所选内容。
2. 使用条件与账户
- 您应具备使用本应用所需的民事行为能力；未成年人应在监护人指导下使用。
- 中国大陆 Android 版本会在您同意法律文件后创建独立匿名账号，并支持手机号密码、短信或本机号码认证；中国大陆 App Store iOS 会创建或关联国内后端账号，并支持 Apple 登录及通过阿里云融合认证进行手机号登录或绑定。其他发行版本的账号方式以对应页面为准。
- 适用国内后端账号的同一账号最多同时登录 3 台设备。达到上限并选择替换设备后，被移除设备的会话和访问令牌失效，需要重新登录后才能继续使用账号服务。
- 恢复码和人工恢复令牌属于账号凭据，请妥善保管且不得转让。恢复码成功使用后自动轮换；人工恢复令牌在使用或撤销前有效且仅可使用一次。
- 您应自行确保设备、系统版本、网络和第三方应用满足功能使用条件。
3. 授权与合理使用
在遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予您一项可撤销、不可转让、非排他、仅供个人或内部合法用途使用本应用的有限许可。除法律允许或我们书面许可外，您不得：
- 复制、修改、反向工程、反编译、反汇编或尝试提取本应用源代码；
- 绕过、破坏或干扰订阅校验、权限控制、技术保护措施或应用安全机制；
- 利用本应用处理、传播、分享或导出违法、侵权、含有恶意代码或侵犯他人隐私的内容；
- 冒充他人、侵犯第三方知识产权，或以其他方式干扰本应用及相关平台的正常运行。
4. 您的内容与责任
您保留您导入、扫描、创建、编辑和导出的文档、图像、OCR 文本及其他内容（统称“您的内容”）的权利。您确认并保证：
- 您拥有处理您的内容所需的权利、授权和合法基础；
- 您对内容的准确性、合法性、保密性、备份和分享对象负责；
- 对包含个人信息、商业秘密、受版权保护材料或敏感信息的内容，您已取得必要同意或具备其他合法处理依据。
本应用不会因本地功能的正常运行而取得您内容的所有权。您主动导出、分享、打印或写入第三方服务后，该副本的处理、保管和风险由您及相应第三方服务规则共同决定。
5. 权限、第三方服务和隐私
仅在您点击文档扫描、证件扫描、底部扫描按钮或其他明确的相机扫描入口后申请相机权限；授权后进入扫描页，拒绝后停留在来源页。通过无需相机的方式进入文档预览时，仅在您继续拍摄后申请；拒绝会关闭已打开的扫描页。中国大陆 Android 在系统权限框弹出时，通过页面顶部的用途蒙层同步说明“拍得扫描王将申请获取你的相机权限，用于拍摄文档进行扫描、提取文字等相关功能。扫描内容尽在本机处理和保存。”只有您明确点击拒绝或不允许时，才自本次明确拒绝起 48 小时内不再次发起系统相机权限请求；关闭或取消系统权限框不视为拒绝，下次主动点击扫描入口时仍会显示系统权限框。在 48 小时限制期间再次点击扫描入口时，仅提示您可前往系统设置手动开启；如您在系统设置中改为“每次使用时询问”，下一次主动点击扫描入口时会重新显示系统权限框。照片权限仅在您主动导入相册内容时申请，授权后自动继续本次导入。相机、相册/媒体、存储和设备认证等权限仅在相关功能需要时使用。
订阅由 Apple App Store、Google Play 和 RevenueCat 等服务支持；文档扫描和图像处理能力部分由 Genius Scan SDK 和 Google ML Kit 提供，应用启动后可能需要联网校验和刷新 SDK 授权状态；分享、打印和 Obsidian 导出会在您主动操作后调用相应系统或第三方服务。可选的“云端曲面校正”默认关闭。当您在 AI 工具中选择、拍摄内容并点击执行、提交或发送时，本次图片、文档、文件名、必要提取文本、指令、问题、年级、标题、要求或相关对话上下文会通过 HTTPS 发送至我们的自有后端，再按功能向有道智云、百度智能云或阿里云 EduTutor 提供必要内容并返回结果。该功能命令即为本次网络处理动作，不承诺另行弹出第二次上传确认；不会自动处理资料库中的其他文件。不使用或处理失败时仍可使用本地扫描流程。具体规则请阅读《拍得扫描王隐私政策》及第三方服务的适用政策。
中国大陆 Android 使用国内账号、阿里云融合认证、微信支付、支付宝和 Countly 分析服务，不接入 RevenueCat、Google Play Billing、Amazon Appstore 或 Google Mobile Ads。中国大陆 App Store iOS 使用国内后端账号、Apple 登录、阿里云融合认证、Apple App Store 和 RevenueCat，由后端权益状态控制会员访问；Google Play Android 和海外 App Store iOS 使用对应应用商店及 RevenueCat 完成购买、恢复购买和权益同步。
依赖 Genius Scan SDK 的扫描能力可能受到 SDK 授权状态、网络可用性、设备兼容性或第三方服务调整的影响。授权校验不用于上传您的扫描文件、相机画面、OCR 文本或其他文档内容。
在您明确允许后，Google Play Android 和 App Store iOS 发行包通过 Firebase Analytics 处理安装实例级使用事件；中国大陆 Android 发行包在您同意隐私政策并进入应用后，通过 Countly Flutter SDK 向我们在中国境内部署和运营的 Countly 服务发送同类事件。海外渠道可选择稍后设置，所有渠道均可在“系统设置 - 更多设置 - 权限管理”中关闭分析，这不会影响扫描、OCR、PDF、本地保存和导出等核心功能。分析服务不会接收您的扫描件、文件、OCR 文本、文件名或文件路径。
6. 订阅、付款与退款
- 部分高级功能可能需要有效订阅。价格、计费周期、免费试用、自动续费及可用权益，以购买页面和应用商店向您展示的信息为准。
- Google Play Android 和海外 App Store iOS 付款由对应应用商店及 RevenueCat 支持；中国大陆 App Store iOS 由 Apple App Store 收款、RevenueCat 同步订阅，并将订阅权益绑定到国内后端账号；中国大陆 Android 固定期限套餐由微信支付或支付宝处理。我们不直接收取或保存您的支付卡信息和支付密码。
- 如您通过应用商店购买订阅，续费、取消订阅、退款和争议处理应遵循该商店的规则。您可在对应商店的账户订阅管理中取消自动续费；取消通常在当前已付周期结束后生效。
- 应用内“恢复购买”仅用于向商店和订阅服务重新查询您已有的有效权益，不保证恢复已退款、已过期或不符合商店规则的交易。
- 中国大陆 Android 首发会员为固定期限 31 天、93 天或 365 天，不自动续费；价格和新用户首月优惠资格以购买页及服务端校验为准。支付由微信支付或支付宝处理，权益仅在服务端确认支付成功后生效。
- 中国大陆固定期限订单仅支持支付成功后 168 小时内整单全额退款申请，不支持部分退款；最终退款结果以支付渠道和后台审核处理为准。
- 中国大陆 Android 可在“订单记录”查看订单、提交符合条件的退款申请，并对符合条件的订单申请和查看电子发票；已申请或已开具发票、已退款、超出期限或依法不支持退款的订单可能无法申请退款。
7. 知识产权
本应用的软件、界面、名称、标识、代码、文档和其他由我们提供的内容受适用法律保护。除本协议明确授权外，您不获得任何知识产权或其他权利。第三方组件、字体、SDK 和开源软件可能受其各自许可条款约束。
8. 服务变更、终止与不可抗力
我们可能基于安全、合规、产品维护或运营需要修改、暂停或终止部分功能，并在合理可行时提供提示。因设备故障、系统升级、第三方服务中断、网络问题、应用商店政策变化、不可抗力或您未备份数据造成的损失，在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不承担超出法定范围的责任。
如您违反本协议、适用法律或第三方平台规则，我们可在法律允许的范围内限制或终止您使用相关功能。
9. 免责声明与责任限制
本应用按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。我们会尽力维护服务稳定性，但不保证扫描、OCR、翻译（如有）、结构化提取、PDF 转换、压缩、导出或第三方应用跳转的结果完全准确、完整、持续可用或适合您的特定用途。涉及财务、医疗、法律、身份认证或其他重要事项的内容，请自行复核并咨询专业人士。
在法律允许的最大范围内，因使用或无法使用本应用产生的间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性损失或数据损失，我们不承担责任。本条不排除或限制法律不得排除或限制的责任。
10. 协议更新与适用法律
我们可更新本协议。对您的权利义务有重大影响的变更，将通过应用内、应用商店页面或其他合理方式提示。更新后继续使用本应用，即表示您接受更新后的协议；法律要求另行同意的除外。
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生争议时，请先通过下方邮箱联系我们协商；协商不成的，任何一方可依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。消费者依法享有的强制性权利不受影响。

These terms reflect PaceScan's current features and channel-specific membership models. We review them when material product, billing, account, or third-party service changes occur.

Welcome to PaceScan. These Terms form an agreement between you and Nanjing Baoluan Information Technology Co., Ltd. regarding your download, installation, access, and use of the app and related services. On first launch, review these Terms and the PaceScan Privacy Policy. Google Play Android and App Store iOS let you allow analytics or set it up later; mainland China Android enables Countly analytics after you accept the Privacy Policy and enter the app. Continuing into the app means that you have read, understood, and agreed to both legal documents. If you disagree, stop using and uninstall the app.
1. Services
The app provides local document scanning, image and file import, OCR, QR and barcode recognition, PDF creation and editing, image processing, file organization, format export, system sharing, printing, local saving, and optional Obsidian export. Availability depends on the app version, device, permissions, and subscription status.
The app primarily performs local processing and does not promise cloud backup, cross-device synchronization, online document hosting, or permanent storage. You are responsible for backing up important files and ensuring you have the right to process, export, and share selected content.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must have the legal capacity required to use the app. Minors should use it with a guardian's guidance.
- Mainland Android creates an independent anonymous account after legal acceptance and supports phone/password, SMS, or local-number authentication. Mainland China App Store iOS creates or links a domestic backend account and supports Sign in with Apple and phone login or binding through Alibaba Cloud Fusion Authentication. Other distributions use the account method shown in their flow.
- A domestic backend account may have at most three concurrently signed-in devices. If the limit is reached and you replace a device, the removed device's session and access token become invalid and it must sign in again to use account services.
- Recovery codes and manual recovery tokens are account credentials and must not be transferred. A recovery code rotates after successful use; a manual token remains valid until used or revoked and is single-use.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your device, operating system, network, and third-party applications meet feature requirements.
3. License and Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the app for lawful personal or internal purposes. Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code;
- circumvent or interfere with subscriptions, permissions, technical protection, or security;
- use the app to process, distribute, share, or export unlawful, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating content; or
- impersonate others, violate intellectual-property rights, or disrupt the app or related platforms.
4. Your Content and Responsibilities
You retain rights in documents, images, OCR text, and other content you import, scan, create, edit, or export. You represent that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis, and you are responsible for accuracy, legality, confidentiality, backups, and intended recipients.
Local app functions do not transfer ownership of your content to us. After you export, share, print, or write a copy to a third-party service, its handling and risks are governed by your choices and the recipient's rules.
5. Permissions, Third-Party Services, and Privacy
Camera, photo or media, storage, notification, and device-authentication permissions are used only for related features. Subscriptions are supported by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Scanning and image processing use Genius Scan SDK and Google ML Kit as applicable; Genius Scan may connect after app launch to verify and refresh its license. Sharing, printing, and Obsidian export invoke system or third-party services after your action. Optional Cloud Curve Correction is disabled by default. When you select or capture content in an AI tool and tap Run, Submit, or Send, the selected image, document, file name, necessary extracted text, instruction, question, grade, title, requirement, or relevant conversation context is sent over HTTPS to our first-party backend. The backend provides the content required by the selected feature to Youdao Zhiyun, Baidu AI Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud EduTutor and returns the result. That feature command is the network-processing action; the app does not promise a second upload prompt. Other library files are not sent automatically, and local scanning remains available without these features. See the PaceScan Privacy Policy and applicable third-party policies for details.
Mainland Android uses a domestic account, Alibaba Cloud Fusion Authentication, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and Countly and does not include RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, Amazon Appstore, or Google Mobile Ads. Mainland China App Store iOS uses a domestic backend account, Sign in with Apple, Alibaba Cloud Fusion Authentication, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat, with membership access controlled by backend entitlement status. Google Play Android and overseas App Store iOS use the applicable store and RevenueCat for purchases, restore, and entitlement synchronization.
Features that rely on Genius Scan SDK may be affected by SDK license status, network availability, device compatibility, or third-party changes. License verification is not used to upload scans, camera frames, OCR text, or other document content.
After your explicit permission, Google Play Android and App Store iOS distributions process installation-level usage events through Firebase Analytics. After you accept the Privacy Policy and enter the app, mainland China Android sends equivalent events through the Countly Flutter SDK to a Countly service deployed and operated by us in mainland China. International builds let you choose Set up later, and every build lets you disable analytics under System Settings - More Settings - Permissions without affecting core features. Analytics services do not receive scans, files, OCR text, file names, or file paths.
6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
- Some advanced features may require an active subscription. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewal terms, and entitlements are shown on the purchase screen and by the app store.
- Google Play Android and overseas App Store iOS payments are supported by the applicable store and RevenueCat. Mainland China App Store iOS is charged by Apple App Store, synchronizes subscription status through RevenueCat, and binds the entitlement to its domestic backend account. Mainland Android fixed-term payments are processed by WeChat Pay or Alipay. We do not directly collect or store payment-card information or payment passwords.
- Renewals, cancellations, refunds, and disputes follow the applicable store's rules. Cancellation generally takes effect after the current paid period.
- Restore Purchases only rechecks eligible existing entitlements and cannot restore refunded, expired, or otherwise ineligible transactions.
- Mainland Android launch plans are fixed terms of 31, 93, or 365 days and do not auto-renew. Prices and first-month eligibility are shown at purchase and validated by the server. WeChat Pay or Alipay processes payment, and entitlement starts only after server-confirmed settlement.
- Mainland fixed-term orders support only a full-order refund request within 168 hours after successful payment; partial refunds are not supported.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, interface, name, branding, code, documentation, and other materials we provide are protected by applicable law. Third-party components, fonts, SDKs, and open-source software remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Changes, Suspension, and Events Beyond Control
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compliance, maintenance, or operational reasons and provide notice where reasonably practicable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond mandatory legal obligations for losses caused by device failure, system upgrades, third-party outages, network issues, store-policy changes, events beyond reasonable control, or failure to back up data.
We may restrict relevant features where you violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform rules.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that scanning, OCR, translation where available, structured extraction, PDF conversion, compression, export, or third-party handoff will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review important financial, medical, legal, identity, or other critical content and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or data loss arising from use or inability to use the app. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Updates and Governing Law
We may update these Terms. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations may be announced in the app, store listing, or another reasonable channel. Any mandatory consumer protections in your location remain unaffected. Please contact us first so the parties can attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
